All you have to do show the perspective buyer your property at a time that best suits you, then sit back and we’ll do the rest. We will provide you with a list of possible questions that a perspective buyer would ask as well as guidelines on how to show your property.

Dibz estate agents are registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board through our sister Real Estate company; they are qualified to offer assistance for completing Sale Agreements, mediating and negotiating between buyer and seller. We’ll answer any queries that you and your buyer may have pertaining to the sale/purchase of a property. We are not a business brokering firm, we will always suggest that you either hire the services of a professional Business Attorney or direct your queries to our consulting Business Attorneys, C&A FRIEDLANDER.. They will be happy to answer questions pertaining to a Business Sale Agreement. This service is available to registered buyers and sellers. Registered buyers and sellers also have access to a Standardized Business Sale Agreement. The Sale Agreement may need to be amended to suit your individual business sale/purchase. It acts as a guideline for the buyer and the seller.
