Dibz Private Sales cc may also be referred to as Dibz in the following Terms and Conditions

LISTINGS:
Any PRIVATE person who lists a property, vehicle or business for sale becomes a ‘seller’ in terms of these conditions:

• Listing with Dibz Private Sales is free
• Dibz Private Sales markets the item on behalf of the seller
• The seller is responsible for showing potential buyers their property/vehicle/business. Meeting for showing of property will be set up via a Dibz Agent.
• Dibz will always email the name of the perspective buyer to the Seller. If this buyer should contact the seller independently of Dibz and an agreement is made to purchase; then it will be deemed that Dibz has introduced the buyer to the seller and the seller will be liable to pay the below mentioned fee to Dibz Private Sales.

Property Listing: Private Listing
On conclusion of a successful Property Sale agreement, where Dibz has introduced the buyer to the seller/property, the seller is liable for the once-off Admin Fee of R3500.00 excluding VAT for properties Sold under R1 Million OR 0.5% of Purchase Price for properties Sold over R1 Million, payable to Dibz on Transfer of the property into the buyer’s name.

The Seller & Buyer must fax FICA documents (proof of residential address & ID) to Dibz Private Sales on signature of Sale Agreement. Any person, Buyer or Seller, who excludes Dibz Private Sales from any sales introduced by Dibz in an attempt to avoid paying the abovementioned fee, shall be held liable for the payment of all fees as well as any legal costs incurred. It is thus imperative that the Buyer as well as the Seller inform Dibz of any sale agreement if such buyer or seller has been introduced to the property through the Dibz Private Sales system.

Vehicle & Business Listings:
Vehicle Listings are 100% free to private sellers; there is no fee or commission charged
The Dibz Money Transfer is an optional, risk free way to process payment and handover for private vehicle sales.

Dibz Private Sales cc may, without warning, change the rates for services provided. These rate changes will not affect listings that have been loaded onto the site prior to the said rate change.

Sale Agreements, guidelines and checklists are standardized but may change from time to time. These items are meant to assist buyers and sellers but should be customized by a professional to suit each individual sale where necessary. Dibz Private Sales cc can in no way be held responsible for any loss, injury or damages incurred by a client making use of our guidelines or sale agreements. Property buyers and sellers must email/fax a copy of their ID’s and proof of residence along with the signed Sale Agreement to Dibz.

SECURITY
Any person who delivers or attempts to deliver damaging codes or files, or tampers with the website content in any way shall be prosecuted.
